- 2 lbs. thinly sliced deli ham
- 1 c. water
- 1 c. ketchup
- 1/4 c. packed brown sugar
- 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar (or white vinegar if you don't have it)
- 2 tsp. mustard
- kaiser rolls
Coat the inside of your crock pot with cooking spray, and place the ham slices inside. In a bowl, combine the water, ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, and mustard. Pour over the ham and stir so all of it is coated with the sauce. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours, or high for 2 hours, or until heated through. Serve on rolls. Serves 12. Recipe adapted from
